Tucked away in the back streets of Westminster, in earshot of the division bell, the Blue Boar Pub is the casual dining offering from Michelin-starred trailblazer Sally Abe. Paradise Row worked with Sally, Conrad Hotels and their branding agency to produce bespoke leather menu covers befitting of the atmospheric wood-panelled dining room which has played host to all manner of political intrigue and deal-making over the years. The pub was awarded the ‘Greater London’ County Winner title as part of the 2022 National Pub & Bar Awards and the ‘One to watch’ Award 2022 in the Estrella Damm Top 50 Gastropubs.

Drawing inspiration from a British red and blue palette to evoke heritage and warmth, the menus are meticulously crafted using traditional stitching and embossing techniques that highlight their artisanal quality and provenance. They harmonize with the rich hues of the pub’s interior upholstery, while the raw edges and underside offer a tactile authenticity, presenting a refined and contemporary interpretation of classic British pub dining.
